The Process
As your Certified Life and Health Coach, I will guide you through the process of making life changes by helping you evaluate the steps you must take to reach a particular goal, then help you decide how and whether to take those steps in the most efficient, effective, and rewarding and fun way possible.
I will be your motivator, strategist, and accountability partner. As your Coach, we will not dwell on problems from your past. I focus on helping you move forward to attain your goals and get you to a happier, healthier life! We cannot change the past, only learn from it.
To start your transformation, I always recommend my clients begin with the 30-Day Positivity Pledge to lay a solid foundation for the necessary habit changes we will be making. The 30-Day Positivity Pledge is just that good and helpful! And it puts you in a good mindset. You can purchase this ahead of time and jump start your steps to a new version of you or we can do this together!
How to Start
Opening the Relationship
You will fill out the inquiry form with your name, address, phone number, and the subject matter you need help with and send that to me. Together, we will coordinate a time to visit either in person or via phone to discover if we would be a good fit, and if so, we will then fill out paperwork and method of payment, which will be in full. Doing so lets me know you are committed.
Determining Our Schedule
Together, we carve the time out for how and when we meet. Depending on the nature of the coaching, options may include in-person (preferred), phone, or Facetime. Our time together could be once a week, a full day, an afternoon, or a weekend, depending on the need and what would work with everyone’s schedule. And remember, we are going to have fun doing this! It will be something to look forward to!
Payment Process
Payments are in full and made in advance of our sessions. This is because you are more likely to commit to your coaching this way. This is an investment in yourself, and once you have the knowledge, no one can take it away. Like learning to ride a bike, the training wheels eventually come off, and you can go your own way without my help!
Client/Coach Commitment and Agreement
You can view and sign our Commitment Agreement here. Signing this document ensures a fair and respectful relationship and outlines the rights and responsibilities of both coach and client.

Take the 30-Day Positivity Pledge
Have you ever noticed yourself, a significant other, or even a coworker who cannot find the good on any given day? If you pay attention it is extremely interesting how much negative talk happens in most of our conversations.
Negativity can erode our best efforts to connect with others. It robs us of our joy. It can seep into all aspects of our lives if we let it. Negativity is contagious and devastating. But guess what? It does not have to be that way. The 30-Day Positivity Pledge manual will guide you on a daily path of self-discovery.
With this journey, you will have a new awareness of negativity and its impact on your life and those who are in your world. You will discover how all humans tend to be wired for negativity, and how you can rewire your brain for more positive thoughts and experiences. You will learn how your early life experiences actually influence the way you interact as an adult. You also will be able to identify repeated negative patterns and how you can shift these to create a safe space to express your concerns and ideas.
Communication is how we talk, listen and connect to ourselves, and others. With the Positivity Pledge, you learn to navigate with the specific taught skills through difficult conversations. You also will discover the roles of other people and how they react actually plays into your conversations. With curiosity and compassion, you can better control the outcome.
Once you discover the special recipe that replaces negativity, you can change the tone of every conversation!
